Privacy Policy
We ask for one thing — an email address — and only so we can tell you when the Heaven Phone is ready. This page explains exactly what happens to it.

Who we are
Heaven Eco Hub is the data controller for this website and for the Heaven Phone launch list. That means we decide what personal data is collected here and why, and we are responsible for looking after it.
You can reach us about anything on this page — including any request to see, correct or delete your data — atadam@heavenecohub.com. A named postal address and, where one is required, the details of a registered representative will be published here before launch.
What we collect
This is a marketing website. It has no accounts, no login and no shopping basket. There are only two ways data reaches us.
- Your email address, if you choose to join the launch list or write to us directly. Nothing else is required — no name, no phone number, no address, no payment details.
- Ordinary server records created automatically when any browser requests a page: the IP address that made the request, the time, the page asked for, and the browser's user-agent string. These are generated by our hosting provider as a normal part of serving the site and of protecting it from abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling or third-party social widgets on this site, and the fonts you are reading are served from our own domain rather than a font network, so simply visiting this page does not report your visit to anyone else.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to send you news about the Heaven Phone launch — when pre-orders open, when the device ships, and the occasional note about the Heaven Eco Hub apps that come with it. Our lawful basis for this is yourconsent, given freely when you put your address into the launch list form or email us asking to be added. You are never required to give it, and nothing else on this site depends on it.
Our lawful basis for keeping ordinary server records is ourlegitimate interest in keeping the site online, secure and working correctly.
Who can see it
Your email address is held by the Heaven Eco Hub team and by the service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions only.
- Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud (Google Ireland Limited and its affiliates) serve this website and hold the server records described above.
- Our email provider carries messages you send us and any launch announcements we send you.
Some of these providers operate infrastructure outside the UK and the EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally it is done under the safeguards the law requires — the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision where one applies.
We do not sell your data, and we never will. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else who wants to market to you. The only circumstance in which we would hand it to a third party we have not named here is if the law obliged us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address on the launch list until you ask us to remove it, or until two years after the Heaven Phone has launched and we have stopped using the list — whichever comes first. After that it is deleted. If you unsubscribe, we remove your address promptly and keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we do not add you back by mistake.
Server records are kept for a short period — normally no longer than twelve months — and then discarded.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can always simply reply and ask. You can also write toadam@heavenecohub.comat any time. We will not ask you why, and we will not email you again once you have asked us not to.
Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR give you the following rights over your personal data. They cost nothing to exercise, and we will respond within one month.
- Access — ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — have anything inaccurate corrected.
- Erasure — ask us to delete it.
- Restriction — ask us to pause our use of it while a question is resolved.
- Portability — receive it in a common, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Doing so does not affect anything we sent lawfully before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, emailadam@heavenecohub.com. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right — but you also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU it is the data protection authority for the country you live in.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their email address, write to us and we will delete it.
Keeping it safe
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to the launch list is limited to the people at Heaven Eco Hub who need it, protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfect, but we treat your address as something you lent us rather than something we own.
Changes to this policy
As the Heaven Phone moves from launch list to real pre-orders, this policy will change — and it will be reviewed by a data protection adviser before it does. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page, and if the change affects how we use your email address we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
